MARK OF THE EAGLE

As I look back on "Mark of the Eagle", I still don't know how or why they let me do it. At the time, YouTube was still very new and I saw an opportunity to develop a web series that would highlight the USPS brand in a unique way. I pitched a project that infused my love of sci-fi action movies with the need to highlight new products and services.

To my surprise, they gave me the green light! Thus began the crafting of this epic office adventure. I was ready to cram as much production value that the budget and my abilities would allow for at the time.

Many of the effects were practical. We devised many creative mechanisms to launch printer paper, puppeteer inanimate objects, and make water coolers bubble. This project really became a labor of love that built confidence in my directing and producing ability that started me down my current path.
